PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Ballpark Signs, Inc. | Fanteva Food Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on March 9, 2025 and ends on March 30, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Ballpark Signs, Inc. | Fanteva (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries, as well as the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes to Sponsor, who may be reached by email during the Promotion Period at contest@fanteva.com.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Virginia who are 18+ or older (the "Entrant"). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, as well as their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), are eligible to enter or win. In now way will it increase their entry to win to automated drawing.
Additionally, Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also eligible during the test contest.
- "Household Members" are defined as those sharing the same residence for at least three months per year.
- "Immediate Family Members" include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the Sweepstakes entry form at [Insert Website Link] during the Promotion Period and submit the required information.
Entry Conditions:
- Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified.
- Entries must be submitted by the Entrant personally.
- Any attempt to enter more than the allowed number of times using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods will result in disqualification.
Deadline: All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock will serve as the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
WINNER SELECTION
The Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within 7 days after the Promotion Period and will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Winner(s) will be notified via email at the address provided in their entry within 7 days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond via email within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, or if the email notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, if possible. If it's not possible then a new contest will be issued with the same entries to select a new winner.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents").
No prize substitutions or transfers are permitted except by Sponsor.
PRIVACY POLICY
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor permission to share their email addresses and any other personally identifiable information for promotional purposes only. We are not selling your info. We are only connecting you to offers like this one that you appear to be in favor of at this time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ballpark Signs, Inc. | Fanteva, along with its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any claims or damages, including but not limited to:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- Technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of computers, networks, hardware, software, or other equipment.
- Unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service.
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or administration of the Sweepstakes.
- Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.
DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action lawsuits. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney fees.
